			<description><![CDATA[<p>If you find a draw where 2 of the numbers are consecs and the other digit is one away this can be a good candidate for the 1 up and down system.........On 6-1 the draw was 1-2-4.The 1-2 are consecs and then 3 wa skipped.This many times should be watched...6-5 1-2-5 was drawn.You have to decide if you do it and how long to follow.Or you can take the number that did not hit and play the 4 digit box..That box 3-4-2 came out just 2 draws later.Sunday we had 5-6-8.The seven was skipped.So we can use</p>]]></description>
