Some more info,

LA: digit 3 has been (is) very hot, digit 4 is 10 draws out.

PA: Digit 8 has had a skip of 33 draws, it might start to catch up.... digit 4 is 7 draws out

AZ: Digit 0 only fell twice the last 12 ddraws, digit is 5 draws out

WI: digit 0 is 18 draws out, digit 9 is neither hot, neither cold

GA: This looks very promising, both digits belong to the best performing 3-digit-serie (2, 7 and 8
