			<description><![CDATA[<p>I have Lotto Sorcerer, which is a neural net program.  While it does decently for me in the jackpot games (getting lower tier prizes, once you find the way to tweak it for your own games) it is horrible at Pick 3 and Pick 4.  I would never use it for those games, at least in my state. I don&#x27;t know the reason why there is such a difference, but there is here.</p>]]></description>
