			<description><![CDATA[<p>Rick#2 you were a little hard on Rick#1.  The ones you should be down on are the people asking Rick#1 to bring up the idea.  If they were serious about a RNG for just a few select numbers, they would write those numbers on pieces of papers, put them in to sack, shake it and pick them out by hand.<br /><br />Or they could do what I did and write their own.<br /><br />And if they really got serious as I did, they would add features that could check the sums, gaps, number positions and etc. of each random combin... &#x5b;&#xa0;<a href="https://www.lotterypost.com/thread/158076/853122">More</a>&#xa0;&#x5d;</p>]]></description>
