But I must ask, re: Vegas, why, oh why, would any of you want to meet people whose common interest is the lottery, in a non-lottery state?

I figure to meet people from LP you'd hsave to have at least a little bit of a healthy bankroll to test systems and such, and meeting somewhere with many other 'diversions' isn't the brightest idea.

Gee, I never even got to the lotto discussions after the 21 tables got done with me .

Besides what would you discuss for an entire weekend? It only takes so long to say here's my picks.

Now, if there was truly someone here that had a winning system* and wanted to give to LP members but not to everyone on the net, that might be a consideration.

*mechanical winning number picker that definitely shows a profit. Pick 3 preferred.

I like the idea..but I think meeting the LP members locally would be a start...not everyone can travel...so a state by state LP meeting would be cool..I personally already know a few LP members and we see one another on occasions....we are spiritually connected and friends...

Meet other LP members? No, I prefer to maintain the illusion of myself that it has taken years to create. When I write and edit my comments in Notepad first and then copy and paste them to the board, I sound a lot better than I do in real time.

If something like this does ever develop, it needs to be in a place like St. Louis. That way no matter what part of the country you are from (N,S,E,W) you can drive no more than half way across. I, myself, am not fond of big cities, but you would be able to find whatever entertainment you would need for a nice vacation to fill in the time you are not at the meet and greet.

You're probably right. Ok, a weekend. There are some airlines who make deals with Vegas providing cheap fares. Like here at the Airport, I forget what airline, but they have something like 59 bucks each way....I'm not sure, but heard it through the grapevine.

I'm pretty sure with those low prices, you would have to make 12 stops along the way...LOL but what the heck, it's worth it.
