I have been taking ginger root in capsule form for about 2 years now. I started taking after I had a sudden attack of vertigo.

It also helps to control dizziness.

I get it in 550 mg tablets from walgreens. It is a rexall product.

When my muscle tore up this time I did not have any inflamation in the muscles.

Just wicked hurt there for awhile.

Spy153 - Gingerale doesn't even have 5% ginger in it, but I meant to use the actual plant some call ginger root, found in the grocery store.
