Sorry for the dumb questions, I never play Pick 3 so don't really know what's going on.

First, what's Hydra?

Also, how does one play these numbers? There's no way a person could play all of them, right? Do you just pick a few that seem right, or is there some method? And do you wager them to fall in any order or exact?
