I think they were hoping Classic Lotto would be as popular at the older version of the Super Lotto 649 game that started out with a jackpot of $4M and grew to $25M+, but those were the days before surrounding states had their own games and their people came to Ohio to play lottery. If Rolling Cash5 roll up this size jackpot more often, it may put Classic Lotto out of business.

Classic Lotto paid out under $90,000 for all three draws this week. Maybe one of these days they will figure out it's silly competing with Mega Millions. But that's the same people that think players buy instant scatch-off tickets so they can send in an entry ticket and wait 6 weeks with a 1 in 100 chance of being drawn.

I was revising my program all week and thought it was ready to go but when I loaded all 783 records I discovered it had some bugs so I played 5 lines and matched 2. I'm ready to try again. I don't usually play on Sunday, but that will change tomorrow.

I decided to fire at it too and got lucky. Played a 4if5of17 wheel for 40 bucks, hit 4 numbers and they showed up together on one line.

About 3 more hits like that and I'll be even for the year.

It's not often I see a 5/39 game with a jackpot over a half million dollars, time to buy a few tickets. I haven't played any lottery games all week so I'm ready.

It's unlikely to roll again or it will have a jackpot that will pay more dollars than there are possible combinations to win it, something I haven't seen in a long time.
