			<description><![CDATA[<p>41(5 + 0) winners x 5(The highest multiplier) x $200,000 = $41,000,000.<br /><br />So mathematically, if the jackpot was less than $41M, then the 5 + 0 wins would be worth more IF the multiplier is 5. However, that&#x27;s mathematically. For something like this to happen would be very freakish. I&#x27;m pretty sure it doesn&#x27;t say anywhere in the PowerBall&#x27;s rules about something like that happening, and if it did happen, they would be forced to pay.
