I find the numbers on an astrology website that has a tool where you can enter the word from the dream and it gives you numbers.

I used to look in books and play the numbers. Never hit whether it was anyhting from a Pick 3 to a Pick 6 to a 5 + 1.

Then I realized that the books don't agree on the numbers for the same dream.

So sometimes I'll write the main words from the dream down and use numerology.

There's a post about how to do that somewhere in Mystical.
