A couple reasons....

1. We all want to win. (And there are enough jackpots for all LP members!--fingers crossed for everyone)

2. Sometimes its the only thing that keeps me going. Being young, and often broke in Los Angeles isn't easy or fun. I've cut back on my ticket-buying since this lottery endeavor hasn't gone well lo' these past 3 years. But the dream kind of saves me.

LOL,stavros! Thank God we don't go to school nowadays. They've upped all the requirements so much, I don't think you'd get away with anything like that like you did where a teacher would pass you only if you promised not to take math. LOL. That is pretty funny.

Glad you're back to math now. Your teachers would be proud,haha.

Talk about math eluding you in school......I had to take Algebra I twice in junior high. The second time around the teacher told me he would pass me only if I promised never to take math again. Of course, I promised. The following year I went to High School in a different town and took geometry. The former algebra teacher I had in Jr. high had taken a new job at the high school, and guess who I had for a teacher??? I think I barely passed with a D. Being a glutton for puinishment I took

I selected other, because I am mostly concerned about the financial security that I would have if I was anonymous if I was in a state where I could be anonymous.

If possible, I would definitely form a trust to anonymously claim the prize, because I have been taken advantage of by a couple relatives in the past. Think about it. The first thing that came into my mind was I'm just a freak for numbers . Now I see pac answered the same thing,lol. We must have been hatched from the same egg!

I think it's because math eluded me in school, I flunked everything that had to do with numbers. Guess I'm trying to prove something to myself now.
