			<description><![CDATA[<p>Rick<br /><br />There&#x27;s been posts here on LP about states with Pick 3 and Pick 4 games only setting aside a certain amount for a maximum payoff.<br /><br />When enough people have played a number to potentially reach that amount, should it hit, the number becomes unavailalbe for that draw.<br /><br />I had 777 on a playslip, evening, Straight Box, $1 and it wouldn&#x27;t run. Then the clerk tried to put it in manually, and it still wouldn&#x27;t take it.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>We stopped at a grocery store today, went to the checkout, and our total was $7.77<br /><br />Being a member of LP, I had to play it, right?<br /><br />No can do, Illinois shut it off for the day.<br /><br />I&#x27;m sure it&#x27;s one of the most commonly played, and limited numbers, but let&#x27;s see if it hits tonight.<br /><br />(Illinois has no Mid-day on Sundays).</p>]]></description>
