ahhhh..the ticket machine..I have no idea...but I would have to guess the answer would be no...they might even get the impression that you are trying to start a numbers racket and you might get visited by some ugly looking dudes in black cars that have bad haircuts..LOL

if you are looking to test something you can make one yourself..just get you a square clear box and cut a whole in the bottom and attach a leaf blower to it..cut a hole in the top so one ball can blow out...if you want to test pic 3..but 3 leaf blowers..and if you want to test pic 4 buy 4 leaf blowers..and repeat instructions..LOL

Are you talking about a lottery ball machine or a lottery terminal to print tickets ? If you're asking about having your own lottery ball machine ... yes you can buy one and have it for fun. As far as a lottery terminal, no. Not sure what the rules are for a state, but those businesses usually have to prove themselves as selling so much in scratch games first. Then if sales deem high enough, they will install a teminal to for retailerws to sell online games.

Interesting how the word greedy is only applied to the players and never the house.

In California you can't even have a casino slot machine in your house unless it's 25 years or older, I believe. No way could you have a lotto machine.

What would be the purpose? If you're looking for RNG numbers, isn't there software for your computer that does that

Well, in Brasil this should be possible for personal or business.

The initial price would be only R$5.000,00 for places that don't has access to normal Lottery Houses ... The problem is that the person is at their own risk

It's just a guess but do you mean the lottery machines with the balls.

I don't think so plus they cost big money.

You might be able to obtain one from a foreign county.

Here in Md at Garon plastics they wouldn't even let anyone have a scraped ball form the production runs. All manufactured balls there that don't make the grade are ground up.

No. You must have a business. Or atleast or my state. Also, the business can't be a bank or pawnshops. Also, your sales can't be only lottery tickets. You also have to go through background checks and even pay a service charge. It would really be more trouble than what it's worth.

Good question! I walked into a store that had changed proprietorship and asked the new owner if he was going to have lottery in his store. He told me that he had applied for it and it would take a few weeks to get it. It took over a month or so but he finally obtained it, received the training he needed to run it. I'm not sure what the lottery administrations require a person or business to be eligable to have a lottery machine but the are clubs and more hospital gift shops are getting them.... [ More ]

States have laws to prevent anyone from having total control over a lottery machine at a business, why would you think they would allow any one to have one in their home
