KY's new pick 3 promotion

Does anyone know anything about the new promotion with the pick 3 where you buy 3 pick3 tickets and get a entry form? I have read the brochure but don't understand the prizes. It says they are giving away 50 prizes, coming from 25 online and 25 mail in entries. There are 3 prizes. $300 cash, Pick3 plays for a year, and 3-in-1 TV/DVD?VHS.
