If I wanted to get wild and crazy and play a 15-spot keno ticket, I would go to the Orleans where I could get $5 for hitting 7 numbers, $25 for 8, $150 for 9, $1000 for 10, $5000 for 11, $25,000 for 12, $100,000 for 13, $250,000 for 14, and $500,000 for all 15. And it would only cost me a buck.

Drawing 25 numbers out of 80 instead of 20 lowers the odds, but not low enough where I would be happy winning 4 bucks hitting 12 numbers when I could get 25 grand the traditional way.

Lotomania in Brazil, it is a R$1 game that a person need to mark half of the numbers on the playslip card.

I guess if you're forced to play a 10-spot it should be called 10-Spot Keno or something.

The 20 out of 80 is Keno but having to play a 10 spot to a Keno player would be like having to play 5 card draw poker- but you can't draw!

I've never been to a casino, the only gambling I've ever done is playing the local lotteries and PowerBall. I've read some of the rules for the on-line casinos and they have some rules like that for their Keno games.

Lo-ball poker. People who have never played onlly hear the worst hand wins when the rules are explained to them and then they say, Oh, I'll play, i always get bad cards .

Then they go into a pot with a pair of Kings.

I'm sure on this Ten-OH game it's more likley you'll hit one or maybe two numbers than hitting none.

But all in all, in the world of payoffs, $3 for a 1:22 shot isn't that bad a deal.

Coin Toss i used the term bragging as a generalization. There are a few posters who exclaim when their numbers win multiple times or if they get 4 out of 5. and 5 out of 6 on the prediction board.

I might even post a remark about Lil lotto if my picks hit all 5 cause i have been playing those picks for every draw for a long time. Some people might play other peoples predictions.

OK, and I'm sure I'm not alone on this - I see absolutely no reason to brag about numbers that someone 'predicts' and doesn't play. I can see kicking yourself in the kesiter for doing that, but not braging about it.

Some people play for the thrill of winning. Even if they say you could get hit by lightening before you win a major jackpot. the fact is sooner or later someone will win whatever jackpot there is in any state. If you don't play you don't have a chance at winning.

In order to play the daily games you have to have disposable money while this might sound strange there are some people who do.

To be honest, I no longer play the lotto and the reason is that I realized that It would put me in debt before it would make me rich. 9 out of 10 gamblers probably invest twice as much as they won trying to win again.

Do the math and you can answer your own question. Lotteries are design to provide an income for the states not the players.

In the casino world someone who suggests who or what to bet and does not make those bets themself is known as a tout.

Under highest lifetime Prize ratio(in the winners section of the board), it says that there are only 7 users who have made money playing the lotto. Everyone else has lost money over time.
