			<description><![CDATA[<p>Ball Drop for sure.  Some lottery corporations will never do computerized draws as their marketing/PR departments know that players will not play if its computerized.  It&#x27;s all about transparency.  When these states/provinces go computerized their is the preception that the computer some how manipulates.  No matter how much animation, razzle-dazzle, or thought is put into it. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>Uh, watching the ball drop. It&#x27;s 1000 times more fun to watch.<br /><br />As for changing results, it&#x27;s hard to flat out change the results with either technology. Balls are the hardest, however, as they are virtually inpenetrable. It&#x27;s not easy with computers either, provided you&#x27;re common man. A programming wizard could change results without too much trouble, provided he had full access to all of it&#x27;s workings.
