No, that's how many people chose that particular set of 5 in a row, and there's basically zero chance that even one of them was a QP. Figuring that perhaps 200,000 QP's were sold and the chances of picking 5 of 6 is 1 in 874,298 there's roughly a 20% chance that there would be a QP that matched 5 of 6 for that drawing. Only 37 of the 874,298 5 of 6 combinations would include those 5 numbers in a row, so there's only about a 1 in 25,000 chance that a QP would have had the series.
