			<description><![CDATA[<p>no. Since its to broad a statement under food banks. You dont stipulate if the food bank is here or in another country. Maybe I come from the old county mind set. Teach a man to fish, he fishes for life. So give folks the tools to harvest and cultivate their food and then maybe I would reconsider the question and its reponse.(use seedlings, soil and water irrigation towards food harvest).<br /><br />As it stands I could ficticiously (sp?) be giving food to a group who has done our country harm.</p>]]></description>

Will it go into the food banks a wee but more efficiently than lottery revenue currently goes into  education ?<br /><br />2.
