			<description><![CDATA[<p>LP&#x27;s quick pick generator is as good as any other or maybe better.  But using atmospheric noise or the radioactive decay of Cesium is more random because seeds and algorithms (man made factors) are not being used.  Computer RNGs are inherently  artificial  in their randomness.</p>]]></description>

But it is an excellent randomization tool that can be used a lot of different ways for playing the lottery.  I use it frequently to create combos from chosen number pools.</p>]]></description>
