Here's another big one , New York evening,

combined sums 7, 11, 21 and 23,

they are out for 74 draws, with an average skip of 6.76 draws, which makes them 10.95 times due!!!

It is 33 numbers,

some facts...

States that had no doubles since...

TN midday: 14 draws

TN eve: 12 draws

Ontario: 11 draws

PA: 10 draws

States with missing sums

DC eve:

sum 13 is out for 94 draws, it is 7.05 times due

Sum 8 is out 144 draws, it is 6 times due

Combined that makes those sums 9.5 times due
