USA Mega did not make a mistake. I have no idea what you're looking at, but the official Powerball site has seven 5 of 5 winners, just like USA Mega has (for the 8/4/2007 draw).

Someone help me out here this is the 2nd time I noticed different reports on 5 out of 5 winners on powerball, posted on USA Mega. The report says 7 people won, according to USA Mega and the report on my state lottery slip said 10 winners. Does anyone know why
