As I'm one of hobby astrologer, you may find some astrology program which may search for New and Full Moon, or some else.

I can search my Solar Fire for New and Full Moon if you wish, but you must write to me place and state where you are, and years which is interested.

I had to learn a whole bunch of detail about the moon phases when I built the Lunar Calendar. It's fun to actually be able to use that knowledge

You can scroll ahead or back, one month at a time. So you can indeed go back to any date to see what the phase was on a given date. Use the month links in the titlebar of the calendar.

One year ago yesterday (Aug. 9) was a Full Moon, for example.

The more precise answer is that there is one full moon cycle every 29½ days. (Even that is slightly off, by close enough for this level of granularity.) So 13 moon cycles takes 383½ days. (354 days for 12 full cycles.)

I'm not sure if this will answer your question but there are 13 moon cycles in 364 days so there would be one day difference.

But that page doesn't tell me what day or how manys days back the full or any other moon phase was one year back or 2 years back etc. in relation to todays date.

Hi All

Is there a number that will give the day that a full moon came on one year ago would have been on in the history one year ago?

Sounds like dumb question I know but things seem to happen in daily numbers games that use a ball draw system rather than the dumb computer draws.

I think it will be 352 or 3 days back.
