So yes, it is possible for this game to go months without anyone winning. The population of Indiana is about 6.3 million, and I highly doubt 1/6 the population plays Hoosier Lotto. Ran it with 14 hot and 4 overdue, caught 5 # and two tics with three #.  Tighter system 4 of 5 would have been nice.  RNG did not affect that draw i thoght, right place right time. Even with the cash option being about $20 million this is a game to get onto now.  There is very few times in the lottery world that the jackpot is larger then the odds of winning especially in the cash option sense.
