The actual name is the Lotto Link System and Ken Silver has had various web sites up for years. It works for any lottery game. It consists of three columns of combinations dependent on game size and adjusted to his formula. If you drop the combinations into a wheel tester you find 80% to 90% 3if6 wheel coverage for Pick-6 so his claim of winning lotto 8 or 9 times out of 10 is valid. it is suposedly based on global lottories the actual name was cash flow lotto but i went to there website and its not quite complete yet so i am going to agree with the others on this one and leave it alone....thankyou one and all.

Click Search in the Forums menu, then broaden the search to All History, then enter Ken Silver for the search term. There has been a lot of discussion about it.
