			<description><![CDATA[<p>Wow there is a $74,000,000 difference in the advertised jackpot right now but only a $15,000,000 difference in the cash options.  That is a huge difference.  This is the way because of powerballs annuity scheme.  With more money being paid in the later years that means more interest thus the larger annuity amount.  I don&#x27;t even look at the annuity prizes anymore.  Its all about the cash.  MM should start catching up on PB now.
