			<description><![CDATA[<p>Maybe I just don&#x27;t understand this wheeling system.  I thought if I matched up 4 numbers out of the 20 wheeled I would have 4 matching numbers.  I tested this system several times using for example the following numbers: 1,2,4,6,12,13,14,16,19,22,26,28,29,30,31,33,34,36,38,40 (16 is key #)<br /><br />If the winning numbers were 1,2,4,6,20, with 1,2,4,6 being in the set of 20 numbers I wheeled, they never show up..... that would have cost $258 to play...... what&#x27;s the deal with this system.
