			<description><![CDATA[<p>I might be wrong, but I think some states, Texas being one of them, have opted to offer additional chances to win, such as the Megaplier in MegaMillions and the Sumitup (ck sp) that will be instituted with Pick 3 and Pick 4.<br /><br />Players have a choice - one line for $1, or, one line for $1 and $1 more to guess the sum or a chance to double the secondary prize.<br /><br />Florida has EZmatch with their Pick5 game.
