Tried it, and it will reject the playslip, at least here in PA.

You can only play a trip straight.

i think the machine would reject it.

You cant play a triple or quad boxed.

I have fooled with new tellers like this sometimes.

However i have never filled out a play slip for straight/boxed for a quad or triple.

What if you marked a playslip.....

Just curious, but what if you marked a playslip $1 box or straight box and you played a triple? Would it take it or reject it?

And if it hit what would you get paid? A triple would have to be a straight, but if the terminal took it and it hit would you get paid $290 (or whatever for your state) instead of $500?

This would pertain to Pick 4 also.

Nobody would do it intentionally but I'm sure people have done it by mistake - and I'm always looking for ways to blow the terminal's mind... [ More ]
