Chou, I feel your pain!! This morning my mother told me this story about how 2028 has only come str8 in Jersey once since she's lived there. She went to the store to play it, but the lady gave her a Pick3 ticket of 228 and not a Pick4 ticket. When the number came out she was devastated that she hadn't checked her ticket before leaving the store because she just knew she had hit.
