To day I was in the store purchasing some fantasy 5 tickets when I noticed that the guy behind the counter, had 3 batches of tickets turned over. I pretended not to notice, but he was scanning the tickets and canceling them out on some type of equipment.

Is it possible to scan the tickets and pull out the winners? If so, who do I report this guy to? I know this has to be wrong? Right?

Whatever Baby wants...Baby gets
