How to use the numbers:

In a few states the numbers will hit as is (straight or boxed) during the month of septemeber.

The best way,. however is to use the numbers aas a guiding tool. more than 25% of draws will center around a state's number, as follows:

1. Look for 1 digit changes, ie 1-up, 1-down changes.

2. Look for mirrors--change one digit ast a time

3. Use the absolute mirror and make 1-up 1-down changes as in (1) above...

4. Break up yr state's number into triads and u... [ More ]

I read most of what you post. This one is intriguing in that I have observed that Ky will frequently have one draw that seems to influence most draws for the next week or so.

There is just two problems with this. seeing that central number early and seeing the possible combinations before they are drawn.

May be you have answered the first problem. I will try to watch for it. The bigger question is how did determine this number ahead of time?

Keep up the good work and thanks

p8
