			<description><![CDATA[<p>I too occasionally find someone has posted a chart or image that expands the page without the bottom scroll bar appearing.  To move the page without the scroll bar you need a  wheel mouse .  This is a wheel between the left and right mouse clickers. I&#x27;ve never owned a three button mouse, but you can try the center button instead if that&#x27;s what you have, who knows it might work.
