			<description><![CDATA[<p>A little while back, I wrote database code in Access 2000 that will generate all combination of 5 draws from a pool of X numbers.  I can change the X to be 39 though my machine will likely need run over night since there&#x27;s alot of processing involved.  If you send me your email in a private message I can email you the output table of all 575,757 rows.
