Every lottery commission gives these to retailers to give free to players. Sometimes a retailer just runs out (like they sometimes do with playslips) but if you just stop at every retailer that sells your lottery tickets for your state whenever you see one, you are bound to find one that has them in house.

Every lottery retailer in town used to have these, but I've been looking for another for a few months and have yet to find one.

Where are you located? There might be someone near you who could give you a better answer.

i dont exactly know what there called but there plastic sleeves that say lottery on it and you but your lottery slips in it, can anyone tell me where to get one of these please
