The most out single combo in the US is 347. It has not been seen in any state for 23 drawings and out much longer in others.

347, the one to watch for the coming week.

Double watchers, 669 is the longest out double in the country. It has not been seen for 27 drawings.

Triple watchers, 222 is the longest out triple and has been out 84 drawings.
