			<description><![CDATA[<p>PS...There is a page that I&#x27;ve visited that tells you the reason for the scratch.  It tells you if it was a trainer or trackside vet scratch, scratch due to surface change, etc.  I&#x27;ll see if I can find it again and I&#x27;ll post the link.</p>]]></description>

That is a system of its own...determining why.  Sometimes the trainer sees an easier spot for the horse a few days later, sometimes the horse isn&#x27;t healthy.<br /><br />Here&#x27;s how I&#x27;d handle it if I were a Finger Lakes player.
