			<description><![CDATA[<p>most of the times the letter or letters are codes that stand for the amount of money you won or didn&#x27;t win..example T,E,N (10)  T,W,N ($20)  but i have in the past won a larger amount of money and the codes made no sense at all to me...so personally i ALWAYS scratch the whole ticket and i too would take them home if they were left behind...you never know</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>i have a question for my lottery freinds,lately i have been finding unscratched lottery tickets left in the stores nothing scratched off but one letter somewhere, so my question is can you tell if it is a winner or a none winner by just looking at these letters? i myself pick them up and take them home and scratch them and take my time because i have heard stories of people leaveing wining scratchoffs in the store thinking it was a looser being in a hurry give me your thoughts on this thank you.... &#x5b;&#xa0;<a href="https://www.lotterypost.com/thread/163557">More</a>&#xa0;&#x5d;</p>]]></description>
