			<description><![CDATA[<p>...I find that in GA, new tickets win more in the first few weeks they are out.     That&#x27;s becasue more tickets are sold in the first few weeks they are out.  If the sales held steady, so would the frequency of having a winning experience.<br /><br />If I win $20 or more on a ticket, i do not but that same ticket in that store that day, but will try another ticket using some of my winnings.  That&#x27;s wise.</p>]]></description>

Just because the top prizes are there.. with the older games some of them prizes have been hit so generally you should not buy a game thats been out a year...<br /><br />100% wrong!  Games are programmed to spread the winnings thoroughout the game.  Your chance of getting a top prize are as good at the back end of a game as they are in the front.  How do I know?  I write those prize structures for a living.</p>]]></description>
