			<description><![CDATA[<p>Are there any states that sell both PowerBall and MegaMillions?  I&#x27;m thinking not, and I always thought it&#x27;s because the population of one state couldn&#x27;t/wouldn&#x27;t support both.  But then my state added Hot Lotto to its stable of lottery products, and really, what&#x27;s the difference?  In fact, I&#x27;m thinking MegaMillions would bring more sales than Hot Lotto.
