You can&#x27;t even buy it, you have to rent it for a month or six months at a time, then it expires and you have to buy/rent it again.  What is does is build wheels on the fly around filters.  The program Lottohat was/is an attempt to provide the same at a lower price, but harder to learn to use. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>It has no help files, I guess maybe the filters can be figured out by trial and error, I like it, I think, if it had more filters then it would be much better, also could use many more stats, it can help with learning how to use jackpot game filters, of course if you wheel the right numbers then it is good enough.<br /><br />It does have a low and good price and much better than using quick picks anyway.<br /><br />I forgot to say:<br /><br />Appears to be very easy to use, almost fool-proof.</p>]]></description>

This could happen due to the following reasons: he, other users or third-party software has changed system date and/or time during the trial period.<br /><br />This kind of thing has happened to me. It builds the wheel around filters instead of chopping lines out later.  The wheels are somewhat oversized, but the filters trim them down quick enough.
