			<description><![CDATA[<p>Most states already offer a subscription option, which takes care of everything but the automatic transfer of funds. It would be convenient if you could have something with the convenience of subscriptions, but you weren&#x27;t locked into every drawing of the same game for 6 or 12 months. OTOH, if you could buy the tickets one at a time, how many people would trust the lottery to have reliable records when you wouldn&#x27;t actually have a ticket?
