I would like that here on Tx, but only because it would be a beginning of legal online playing, maybe later people would be able to to buy tickets for other states also, monopolies need breaking, if your state stinks then play elsewhere.

The same with casinos, there should be no monopolies, they should be legal everywhere, peole go to them wherever they are, the casinos should come to them instead.

Most states already offer a subscription option, which takes care of everything but the automatic transfer of funds. It would be convenient if you could have something with the convenience of subscriptions, but you weren't locked into every drawing of the same game for 6 or 12 months. OTOH, if you could buy the tickets one at a time, how many people would trust the lottery to have reliable records when you wouldn't actually have a ticket? Your winnings would be automatic to your acct.

If you did not check your tickets or lost your tickets this would be automatic proof of purchase.
