No, not that kind of beard at all.

A beard is like an agent, someone you send in to make your bets for you or collect for you.

There's a few sports betors in Las Vegas that the sports books would really rather not have show up in person- these guys are good- and if word got out they were at the window, people would be lining up behind them saying , Give me $110 worht of what he bet (or $550 or $1100, $2200, whatever)- so instead of showing up in person these guys send in a beard .... As in psychoanalysis? Like our friend Sigmund Freud? Is gambling addiction related to id, ego or super ego issues? I suspect it travels around in the psyche, id <> ego ego <> id ego<> super-ego<> id, back and forth, maybe?

I've seen something like this before. I always thought it was ridiculous, because it certainly doesn't address the problem of compulsive gambling.

This is very funny, great comedic value! Stop me I can't help myself, but give me little tastes. Let's say I hit P3 str. on 20 tix, at 500.00 a pop? They need this more in the hoosier lottery. P.S. Has it got hit? Nope $51 Mil and climbing.
