I have just selected 4 numbers that equal the sum I wish to play and only marked the sum it up. You can also select Quick Pick and just the sum it. And select the .50 1.00 or 5.00 for the sum it up amount.

You can't play the sums by themselves, the Tx lottery is clever enough, they first make you pay for a 50 cent, $1 or more play, so that is at least 50 cents extra per sum played.

You can play the sums for only up to $5, but no more per sum, per line played, if you want to bet more you have to buy another play which will again cost you an extra 50 Cents or more per line.
