That's terrible. You're right, they are greedy. I would never play a $5 ticket with odds >1:3.3, $10 >1:3.0, and $20 1:2.9. But I'm biased toward FL,GA,SC, and some of KY.

Those odds are great compared to New York.

Most $10 tickets have odds over 1:4.2

New York is greedy

The overall odds are just that overall... There were millions of tickets printed with odds on average 1:3.26. There are 30 tickets per roll. Although unlikely, there is still a chance that there would only be 2 winners in a roll of 30. Remember some rolls have more winners than others. It all depends on how you look at it. What were the two winning ticket prizes? 2 out of 50 or 100? The prizes must have been big?

i cant imagine it will be very popular. i think people who arent boycotting the lottery would rather buy two $10 raffle tickets instead of one $20 scratch off ticket.

Odds aren't that good when the first $10 ticket had odds of 1:2.34. Those have gone up to 1:3.2 (on average now). And by looking at KY, TN's odds are just horrifying.

i went to wildwood,georgia today to buy my megamillions futures and i decided to play georgia fantasy 5 while i was there too since i dont play the rng lotto 5 here anymore. i saw an ad for this $20 scratcher at the gas station. the $20 scratcher and the raffle are coming at the same time so you are correct about the odds of the scratch off and the top tier prize but we will wait to see if the raffle moves faster this time than last time. i dont know if the players will spend $20 on a holiday

TN's First $20 Scratch Off... All I can say about this ticket is NO!!! First off it only has a top prize of $300,000. Not good enough if you ask me. $500,000 We'll talk... Now lets talk odds...
