			<description><![CDATA[<p>Rakster<br /><br />I may be missing something in what you want.  the countif function will do what you want.  The firefox browser I use won&#x27;t let me copy and paste.  set up a column whereever enter the values 0-9. this is your reference number.   then use the countif function, point to your data range, and count if it matches you reference number. once you have 1 value working copy and paste for the others.  make your reference number a fixed reference.<br /><br />p8</p>]]></description>
