If you visit a countries immigration web site, some of them even have a  quiz  you can take to see if you have what they are looking for at the moment. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>I didn&#x27;t think that was the question, Guesser.  I thought the question was if winning the lottery would expedite a person&#x27;s legal status for US Citizenship.  Being a popular tourist spot, FL has had a few winners from other countries.  Their rules state that if a person does not have a U.S. social security card, 30% will automatically be deducted for federal income tax.   We have no state income tax or it would probably be more.
