Looking at the payout figures in Tenn it appears that the payout is relatively the same as when balls were drawn. Must be someone is playing and winning.

When doubles came into play in the rng the payout increased.

Also, I do keep my RNG stats seperate in a way. In a way, I don't because eventually EVERY digit MUST show.

I'm not defending the TN Lottery in any way!

Here in NJ we had no "1's" Drawn (in any position) Midday between 09/18/2007 and 10/16/2007 (28 days).

FYI: NJ uses Ball Machines

IMHO, I think all draws, prior to the RNG should be not used for stats. You might consider starting a thread and get everyone's input.
