hey now Todd,

don't know if this could b done r not, but anotha' thought is to b able to put N the trac with the set u may b searchin' 4. heck!! that sounds hard 2 do 2 me! ;-)

Xample, right now um lookin' for v forms 2424, 1443, 4554 2 fall STR8, i'd like 2 c the last time the trac fell along with the sets, drws, mid/eve., and the region/time zone. now this is just what i've been pullin' 2-gather when i search the vtrac results page. when i use the lottery gadget, i've got it set 2 certa... Perfect. Thanks for the feedback, it really helps.

With the hope that it's encouraging news, I'll mention that I have begun some rough work on putting together the page. It's one of those things where I will continue working on it in between some other things, and then when it's in good shape I'll focus a day or two on it to make it ready for production. Todd doesn't have to be the one to write it either.

Why don't you pay a programmer to write it for you then, Tntea. What? you want it free. The free stuff that people float around here for the most part are small tools, and are not extensive as what the V-trac Search Engine calls for. (Thank you guys) Those small program applications that people freely give here on LP require a server so that you can download (who do you think pay for that?)

It wouldn't be for just my personal use . Todd doesn't have to be the one to write it either. There are lots of great programmers who are members of LP that write programs. A lot of the best ones are not even part of the LP site at all.

You're exactly right, that's the kind of thing that is needed (detailed explanations of what people want). The one thing that does not help is badgering, which is what this is beginning to feel like. I have lots and lots that I am working on every day, and I will do the search engine when I can. It is one of literally 200 or 300 things that I have on my plate. I am not exaggerating.

Stack47, Todd likes doing stuff for us. He enjoys programming and have a lot of pride in this site. But my question to Tntea and all the other folks who so desperately want the search engine is : Did you formally present the specifics to Todd? I have a premium membership too and can think of lots of stuff that could be added but the price is based on the current stuff. Why should Todd be responsible for writing a program just for your personal use

I was hoping over toward the left end of his plate this was in the works... and it would come out on Christmas morning for all the Platinum members as a HUGE Christmas present.. What a way to bring in a NEW YEAR... It would have been even better on New YEAR's Day...

Fibonacci - I would assume that what you're asking for would be part of the search engine, although I don't know for sure. What I mean by search engine, I'm referring to going into search results, and instead of inputing a number to search, you input a vtrac. So if you wanted to know what the skip count for, say v1115 in New Jersey, you can get that info w/o surfing the results page by eye.....

Calabs and Tntea, I have been longing for a Vtrac feature in the Inspector tools. I am not sure if what you are asking for is the same. Please let me know.

I am really big on Vtracs now and see the power of vtracs everyday.

What i would like is:

1. To be able to input a list of numbers (pick3 or pick 4 ) and the tool will deflate the vtracs as it does so beautifully now with the actual numbers.

2. To be able to deflate the vtracs for any period as is already done with the right clic... [ More ]
