NC Pick3 payout:

$1 ticket...$500 ( exact )

.50 ticket...$250 ( exact )

$1 ticket..box or 50/50 pays $40 on a box hit and $80 if doubles

$1 ticket...box or 50/50 pays $290 on a straight hit and $330 if it's a double and straight

there's a couple more ways also but this gives you an idea

California is different than other states, because of the gaming with Indian Gaming there was a law suit years ago which determine that the amount given should be divide in a larger amount depending on how many tickets were bought and how much was in the pot which makes the amount fluctuate. In other states such as Michigan, New Jersey, Tenn, etc. it is a set amount. Each ticket in Cali purchased is a set amount of $1.00 and not .50 which again can be play in other states as well, that is why... [ More ]

Paid $500 for $1 st hit.. $250 for 50 cent st hit..

6-way $1 for box/any is $80 3-way $1 for box/any is $160

6-way $.50 box/any $40 3-way $.50 box/any $80

I used the word PAID because TN doesn't pay anymore... They make sure they don't have winners.

For $1.00 Ks P3 pays $500 for a straight. For a $1 in box/any order it pays $160. I usually just play the .50 so everything is half

rteague,what is your flat pay? That's a good question, which one is better. I have seen the Calif. pick 3 pay in the low $300's to $700 for the straight. On average I would say it's in the $400 and above range from what I've seen. But over time how does that average out against a flat pay out? Hmmmm...

NC just pays a flat pay...

*Pari-mutuel prize amounts will vary depending upon sales levels and number of winners.

cost to play a combination is more if you play 3 single digits. 126 cost more to play.

a double number like 522 cost less to combinate

box bet match in any order means 599 995 959 wins the box bet in any order

combinate 599 and or 126 win the straight bet regardless of which way the number comes out.

i just started playing the Daily 3 but i don't understand one of the rules...

its shows says...example

Match any order (2 Identical 1 Unique) 599

Playstyle Winning number is Odds Prize
