Powerball does occasionally get delayed due to technical problems .... happened a time or two way back when Georgia had Powerball. If Tennessee was doing the drawing maybe Becca was trying to force them to use computer draw.

I was watching the news for the powerball numbers tonight and they showed the man in front of the machines but the balls werent moving. he said the drawing is delayed and we will have it as soon as possible. i have never seen this before so i dont know what happened to delay it.
